Our firm's immigration practice consists of criminal immigration before the EOIR and BIA; Applications for asylum, withholding of Removal; Relief under the Convention Against Torture, DACA (Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals); Temporary Protected Status; Waivers of inadmissibility, and Naturalization.
