Israel Fermín has deep ties to the Worcester community, where he has lived since his early teenage years. After graduating from South High School, he served in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant. He later earned his undergraduate degree from Anna Maria College and obtained his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law.

Now licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York, he specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He serves a diverse range of clients, including many first-time homebuyers. As a fluent Spanish speaker, he has tailored his practice to support clients in their preferred language.
